Nidec Copal Electronics (Zhejiang) Co.,Ltd is specialized in producing electronic components. The produced wastewater includes cutting fluid and cleanout fluid. The wastewater treatment system adopts anticorrosive container and stainless steel as main building material, the total investment sums up to 660,000 Yuan. First phase project ended in July, 2012, the secondary phase project ended in January, 2015. The processed water all lives up to the discharge standard, the treatment cost is less than 100 Yuan per ton, this figure is only 5% of the original one.
