The original wastewater treatment project of Hangzhou Starpro Starch CO., Ltd had a series of problems, such as the biochemical system was vulnerable to temperature and PH level, the automation level was low, and the phosphorus content in discharged water exceeds the limit. The company improved the wastewater treatment through two steps, the first one is to increase the PH level and temperature, set up the chemicals feeding automatic control system. The second step is to add the wastewater, stabilize the anaerobic and aerobic biochemical processes. The result is that the TP level of the charged water reduces from 120-200mg/L to 3mg/L.
Treatment process:
Coagulation and precipitation + AnaEG anaerobic treatment + BioAX aerobic treatment + secondary precipitation + dephosphorization
