This project is located in the south of Guanshan tunnel, Bingjiang district, Hangzhou. The U-formed tested water area has the length of 1200m, width of 4-18m, takes an area of round 18500m².

Before restoration

The original water quality is poor, the south-east water area turned into light green, and the north-east water area turned into dark black. Floating household trash is everywhere to be seen. The depth of some transparent parts is only 0.3m. Mornings and evenings the river released clear smell. The river has a water quality of V type.

After restoration
The color and smell of the river has been improved, the water quality reaches to GB3838-2002 IV standard, in the near future the river would get to the III type.
