The project investment sums up to 69 million Yuan, among it 6.8 million Yuan is for environmental protection. Wastewater treatment station deals with mainly chromium contained wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater and comprehensive wastewater. The recent amount of treated wastewater is 400t/d, in the near future the figure would reach 1200t/d. Part of the treated water is counted as reclaimed water, going into recycling pool; another part meets the wastewater discharge standard and is let out. The sludge is dried and outwards transported.
Treatment Process：Chromium contained wastewater goes into PH adjusting pool after reduction, coagulation and precipitation reaction. The other type of wastewater flows to PH adjusting pool after coagulation and precipitation reaction, and then goes through secondary coagulation and precipitation reaction, at last the water is processed by sand filter and ion exchange.
