Our KYH1-40.5 removable AC metal-clad switchgear is equipped with the enclosure that is totally made of Al-Zn coated steel plate. After multiple bending processes by CNC machine, the enclosure possesses high mechanical strength. Assembled with bolts, it shows attractive appearance and extreme neatness. With the door coated with plastic powder, the enclosure is endowed with excellent resistance to impact and corrosion proof and its protection rating reaches of IP4X.

This product takes the VHY1-40.5 solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker as the main circuit breaker, which is the independently designed and developed part of our group. The circuit breaker is characterized by high durability and reliability, easy maintenance, small volume and excellent performance of preventing maloperation. Additionally, our product can be also collocated with other matched circuit breakers.

Succeeding the merits of KYN28 switchgear, our KYH1-40.5 removable AC metal-clad switchgear adopts the circuit breaker handcart designed in centered structure, which eliminates the adverse effects of the base against the movable or fixed contacts in the installation. Meanwhile, the structure facilitates the maintenance and overhaul of the product.
